A boulder breaker is a mobile machine that provides a cost-effective and convenient way to safely break rocks and concrete in situations where conventional explosives are prohibited or inappropriate.
The scope of the project was the overhaul and renovation of a mobile crawling boulder breaker.
Challenge
Our client delivered 1 set mobile crawling boulder breaker machine made by Allied for overhaul and renovation. The machine was out of service for 5 years.
Allied Construction Products is specialized in manufacturing mining machinery, based in the USA.
Solution
The hydraulic circuit was sorted out by our engineers. Eaton-Vickers components were replaced by Bosch Rexroth components. Chassis and the lower carriage were repaired in our service center.
We overhauled and renovated the boulder-breaking machine, and brought the machine back into operation in the year 2014, successfully.
